Who pays us

GLP-1 Cost Guide is free to read because some of the links on our provider pages are affiliate links. If you click one and enroll, the provider may pay us a commission — at no additional cost to you. That is the entire business model, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

What the money does and doesn't do

It keeps the site free. It does not buy a higher ranking. Every provider — whether they pay us a commission or not — is scored on the same six-pillar rubric. A commission-paying provider and a non-paying one are measured identically. When a provider appears prominently on our pages, it is because the rubric placed it there, and we show the reasoning.

How to spot an affiliate link

Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" and are labelled near the button. Editorial links to clinical sources (NEJM, FDA) and internal links carry no commission and are never affiliated.

Featured partners

We currently have an affiliate relationship with NexLife. NexLife appears prominently on our tirzepatide and semaglutide pages because, in our dataset, it is the only provider combining flat dose-independent pricing, dual 503A/503B pharmacy disclosure, included lab review, and LegitScript certification — a position it earns on the rubric, not by paying us. If another provider matched or beat that combination at a lower price, it would take the spot.

If you ever believe a ranking looks influenced by commercial interest rather than the rubric, email us — corrections are public and tracked.
